ORDERING
Minimum Order: $15.00 in merchandise (regardless of payment method)
Please include all the credit card information: Number, Expiration Date,
Signature (if using Fax/Mail In Order Form) and the billing address
of your credit card account, if different than your shipping address.
If you are ordering without using our shopping cart, please be sure to indicate:
product number, product description, and catalog price shown.
If you wish to pay by Money Order or Check, please add appropriate
Shipping & Handling charges.

    Naturally, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If you
    ever receive something you are not happy with, contact us as soon as
    possible, preferably in 3 business days, and we will make it right:
    we will exchange it, credit your account for a future purchase or
    refund your money by the method paid. We want you to consider
    us one of your preferred sources of woodworking products
    for many years to come.

    You have 30 days from receipt of the merchandise to return
    anything purchased from our on-line catalog, in Salable Condition,
    for full credit, minus shipping & handling and return postage.
    After 30 days a 25% restocking charge will be deducted from
    any credit issued.
    The following conditions do not permit merchandise return,
    without special arrangements:
    1) After 6 months from receipt of your merchandise.
    2) Special orders of non-stock products
    or quantities exceding regular stock levels.
    3) Drop shipments.

    If a product is defective or an error was made in shipment, we
    will not only credit the shipping & handling, but we will also credit
    the cost of the return shipment, providing it is shipped by the least
    expensive mode of transport.

    Orders to Alaska & Hawaii and any other points served by the
    US Post Office will be shipped 1st Class Mail and will be charged
    actual postage if the weight exceeds 1 pound.

    2) Orders to foreign destinations will be charged the least costly freight.
    We always notify foreign customers, via e-mail, of the exact cost of the
    shipping. When ever possible, we will offer choices

    3) Merchandise that has excess weight may be subject to extra freight
    cost plus applicable shipping & handling fees. Before such an order is
    shipped you will be notified.

    If you need your merchandise urgently, you may consider several
    other cost options: 3rd day select, 2nd day air, or next day air.
    As the cost is based on the exact weight please call customer service
    for the fees.

    Note:
    If you use your UPS account number, there will be
    No Shipping & Handling charged.

    If stock merchandise is back ordered, we will ship it at Our Expense
    as soon as received. If a manufacturer discontinues a product you
    have ordered, we will inform you so you may decide on the best
    course of action.
