Here are kits that allow you to have a table and a lamp in one, that you partially build and decorate.
Included are all the components required to do the job. Except, you supply the two flat surfaces and the shade. You may
elect to purchase our MDF surfaces, cut to the size shown below, or you may want to use plywood with a walnut, oak, cherry
or other veneer or of course, solid wood. You may want to buy the MDF locally and cut it yourself. The size is not limited
to the approximate 16" square (our MDF). Suggestion:18" X 24" makes a handsome end table. It's up to you!

As illustrated, the tubing is 20" long by 1" in diameter in your choice of
Matte Gold, Matte Black or Furniture Grade Aluminum (unfinished). You also have your choice of harp sizes.

The black and aluminum kits are furnished with a 12" black cord set and the gold kit with a gold cord set.
Both are SPT-2 (UL listed type for lamps) and polarized. The Socket is a 3-way gilt (brass finish) or nickel plated.
All of the connecting threaded pipes, hardware, wooden feet and illustrated instructions are included.

The shade is NOT included. They are available at: Shades & Shade Parts
Oh yes, you even get to decorate the feet. More information shown below.

The surfaces are abailable made of MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). We have sold a number of the lamp bases
made of this very fine material. Some of the advantages to MDF over wood include: It does not warp or cup.
No grain direction to complicate painting and easy workability. THIS IS NOT PART OF THE BASIC KIT!

MDF SURFACES
Medium Density Fiberboard. The MDF parts are 15 7/8" square x ¾" thick supplied
with an ogee finished and sanded edge.
May also be ordered with a plain square edge. All of the holes are drilled.
