We continually receive emails and phone calls asking: "How do I make a lamp that has
a regular light and a night light as well? I would like them controlled from one switch."
THESE ARE THE KITS TO DO THE JOB!
When the switch on the main socket is turned to the first position, one
light turns on. The next click will turn that one off and the other light on.
The next position will turn both on and another click will turn both off.
As the illustrations indicate, the candelabra socket, the one for the night light,
is prewired (and tested) with 24 inches of wire for interior connecting to the main
socket. The instructions will tell you how. This socket has a bendable bracket for
greater flexibility in mounting. Also, with the idea of easier mounting, we have
included three sizes of threaded pipes: 1", 1½" and 2 inch. The cordsets (SPT-2,
18 gauge, 8 feet) are available in two colors for each of the nickel plated and
the brass plated versions. Solid Brass 1" tall finial (1 1/2" tall included with
nickel kit), solid brass neck, hardware and instructions are included. There are
